Many pets that suffer with long-term chronic illnesses, such as cancer, benefit from a “quality of life” medication regimen. We emphasize making your animal friend as comfortable as possible. As you know your pet best, our staff will work with you so that the transition is calm and peaceful.
When the time comes, after considering your pet’s declining quality of life and the state of his or her health, we can offer your pet humane euthanasia. Euthanasia literally means an “easy and painless death.” You may know it as “putting a pet to sleep” or “putting an animal down.” You may be involved as much or as little as you would like every step of the way. You will have as much time as you need to be with your beloved pet so that you may honor the life of your companion and the friendship you built over the years.
We often find that following the passing of a cherished pet, clients look for a special way to honor their pet’s memory. There are many types of memorials for your pet. Please ask us for suggestions.
